2018 Primary Election Results

Special thanks to our Democrats who ran for office this year; we are proud of you – we know it’s a life-enhancing and a life-disrupting experience requiring considerable sacrifice.

Win or lose you move our cause forward.  We appreciate those who volunteered or contributed to LCDC campaign activities or individual campaigns. Most of all, we extend our congratulations to the elected winners – Tom Wolf, John Fetterman, Bob Casey, Denny Wolff, Cesar Liriano, Patty Smith, and Lois Herr, and to our elected County and State Committee Members.

It may take a few days to absorb the results of the primary – as with every election there is the joy of victory and the heartache of defeat.  That’s especially true when we have more than one qualified candidate for the same office

Turnout for Democrats in Lebanon County was 15.85%; for Republicans it was 25.43%. It’s nice to know that 4,120 Democrats here took the time to vote in spite of the storms, but there are 25,992 of us here in the county. Let’s work on motivating more Dems to vote on November 6, 2018, for our team – Tom Wolf and John Fetterman, Bob Casey, Denny Wolff, Cesar Liriano, Patty Smith, and Lois Herr.
